  1. Got so much respect for him. He’s my inspiration. Since I’ve read about him I have stepped up my work-outs. Hiked for 5 hours last Friday, and for 2 hours the day before, and I intend to keep going.

  2. Was watching this on my bed, at around 8:00pm being a lazy shit on a Saturday night, after i watched this video…….i closed my eyes and fell asleep….. No i didn’t, people would want to hear the expected, predictable to be inspired for a few seconds and go back to their laziness or whatever. Anyways, While watching this on my bed, a few minutes in, i didnt even think about it, i straight up pulled out my yoga mat and started doing a push up and pull up super set program i made for my self a while back and did it with limited breaks. All while listening to the podcast. The forwardness and ambushing words of Goggins is powerfull. This man sounds like he is constantly accelerating with absolutely no reason to slow down. Once heard a good quote, “if youre not growing your dying”. Goggins is life. Thank you Joe for the podcast, letting him talk and giving him his time and thank you David for this piece of reality.
