  1. Great interview Joe, let me just state that it's awesome that you interviewed Dom D. Can you please guide me in terms of going on intermittent fasting + Ketogenic diet as I have Type 2 diabetes and I am new to this. What are the resources in terms of (books, blogs, vlogs & audios) I should get my hand on . Thanks

  2. Most people commenting don't understand the difference between running your body on glucose v.s. running your body on ketones.
The benefits of a body getting energy from ketones have been decisively proven both anecdotally & scientifically.

  3. me too, my palate has remained the same but I DO enjoy the keto lifestyle. But last Saturday I had some Naan bread from a great little spot in Williamsburg BK and it was delicious!

  4. There are miracle noodles or shirataki noodles.those are great. you can get them at Thrive Market. I’m a huge fan of bread and pasta too so I feel you. And even though I never eat it I still think it’s the shit. I mean even ghetto spaghetti noodles with butter and parmesan is delicious!

  5. I used to get Hangry also until I started taking Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid). Can’t believe I spent so many years with hunger pains even tho I was eating every 3 hours. Now I can fast for 22 hours and eat OMAD if I want to.

  6. My diets been really s**t recently. I did the whole30 a few months ago which is a high fat so I'm looking at trying this out after a holiday I have in January. It's a really informative video and given me a great place to start. If your looking for more entertainment podcasts there's plenty to fuckin choose from, this doesn't deserve dislikes (even though I've yet to try in I'm pretty confident)
